Max has been Director of Marketing for Cornerstone Group LLC since 2020 and has set the tone for marketing technological innovations and development within his department. Max is a proud father of two beautiful children and loves all things creative. He has been a featured artist on reality television shows on ABC, he has received the Great Poets Across America award and was a runner up for the Best Website Home Page Webby Award. Actively building his Multifamily knowledge base, Max is quickly establishing himself as a recognized marketing expert within the industry. Max’s greatest strengths are his in-depth understanding of website design & development, social media and graphic design expertise.
Jessica is the Vice President of Marketing & Training at The Bainbridge Companies. Prior to her role with Bainbridge, Jessica has held many influential positions as Director of Marketing at Weller as well as at Rosemurgy Properties and Park Partners Residential. Jessica graduated from The University of Central Florida and is involved with the South East Florida Apartment Association’s Young Professionals. She has a wealth of experience working for conventional and student properties, as well as workforce housing communities. She has a vast knowledge of branding, reputation management, social media, and digital marketing.
Lori is a property multifamily professional with nearly 30 years of property management experience in affordable, new construction lease ups, acquisitions and fee management. She recently joined the supplier side as a National Account Manager with Rent. She is past president of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and the Florida Apartment Association and currently serves on the National Suppliers Council.
